

Born in Santa Barbara, California, Ashley grew up performing in various theaters throughout the beach town. Under the guidance of vocal coach Val Underwood, Ashley has nurtured her soprano voice with both Classical and Musical Theater techniques. Her vocal flexibility has allowed her to perform a variety of musical genres. In 2007 Ashley was asked to perform in the Hawaiian Performing Arts Festival presenting original music by New York composer, Ricky Ian Gordon.
Miss Lambert graduated with high honors and a BFA in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Performing Arts through the Atlantic Theater Company and the Advanced Classical Studio. Ashley was also one of twelve accepted to NYU’s exchange program with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London where she advanced her Shakespearean training with members from the Royal Shakespeare Company.
After experiencing success in the off-off Broadway world of theater in New York City, Ashley was chosen to be in the inaugural class of the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School’s West Coast Extension and to work with David Mamet and William H. Macy. Through her work with Mr. Mamet, Ashley landed a small role in his feature film Redbelt and became a founding member of a new production company with her fellow classmates called Acorn Pictures. With this company, Ashley is continuously producing and acting in new short and feature films. Ashley is also currently pursuing music and in the process of recording original pieces.
