Jessica Gomes who is 5'9" tall, acted in an Australian series called Bush Patrol, and that helped her to a greater extent to be an international model of fame. Presently, she is best known for her work in the 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Jesica Cirio
Date of Birth: March 21, 1985
Birth Location: LanĂºs, Buenos Aires Province
Jesica Cirio has a "unique" look. Her nose is quite different, which sets her apart from slews of other blonde supermodels. It's her incredible curves that make men drool. Her rump is as round as her chest is perky. Combine that with intriguing eyes and rock-hard abs and it's no wonder that Jesica Cirio is quickly moving her way up the modeling circuit.
Her appearance in Revista Hombre magazine was her first big-time modeling gig, earning her much more notoriety. Combine that with hosting some of Argentina's most popular reality shows and you've got an incredibly talented and gorgeous Latin lady

Jacqueline Fernandez
Jacqueline Fernandes was born to father Elroy and mom Kim, who is a Malaysian. Her parents moved to Bahrain due to civil war and other problems in her country, Sri Lanka. She did her schooling in Bahrain and also pursued other areas of interest like athletics, drama, etc.
She went with a scholarship to Sydney, Australia to study Media Communications. After winning Miss Sri Lanka title in 2006, she entered the world of television and anchored a show on Sri Lanka's business called Lanka Business Report. She came to Mumbai on a modeling contract and landed a role in Aladin. She also pursues social issues like empowering underpriveleged people through a Not for profit organization.
Isla Fisher
In the immediate aftermath of David_Dobkin's Wedding_Crashers (2005), many American filmgoers began to associate Isla Fisher largely (if not exclusively) with her vivacious turn in that blockbuster summer comedy as the feisty and slightly off-kilter Gloria, the sex-crazed daughter of treasury secretary William Cleary (Christopher_Walken) and his wife (Jane_Seymour). It was a testament not only to the memorable quality of the role but to Fisher's outstanding comic turn in it, as the seductress of gorilla Vince_Vaughn. But this short, spunky actress had much more up her sleeve than simply the Gloria Cleary bit.
Born in Oman but raised in Australia, Fisher published two teen romance novels in high school, then traveled to France and enrolled in a Parisian drama school, where she learned miming and juggling. Though Fisher's onscreen presence technically dates back to the late '80s, with a plum role in the small-screen Aussie soaper Home and Away, she took her Hollywood bow over a decade later, as Shaggy's girlfriend, Mary Jane, in the Raja_Gosnell-directed Scooby-Doo (2002). Sandwiched in between forgettable features such as Dallas_362 (2003) and London (2005) came Fisher's portrayal of Heather in the David_O._Russell "existential comedy" I_Heart_Huckabees (2005). The actress starred as the "unlikely" wife of Jason_Biggs (American_Pie) in the 2006 romantic comedy Wedding_Daze, then geared up for choice parts in the sports comedy Hot_Rod (2007) and the thriller The_Lookout. She also signed to voice one of the characters in the 2008 animated feature Horton Hears a Who, adapted from the classic book by Dr._Seuss. As this list demonstrates, Fisher continually evinced versatility and aptitude with a vast assortment of genres. Off-camera, Fisher made headlines in the mid-2000s when she became romantically entwined with Borat himself, Sacha_Baron_Cohen; the two became engaged and conceived a child together. Heildi Klum
A supermodel with the savvy to create her own empire, Heidi Klum hit gold with a perfect amalgam of high fashion and reality TV. Born in Germany, Klum began modeling when she was just a teenager, after submitting photos to a German modeling agency on a whim. She toured Europe as a model, eventually coming to the United States, where she found even greater success -- cemented by her posing for the coveted cover of Sports Illustrated in 1998. Klum became a spokesmodel for Victoria's Secret, and also began taking some small roles in films, like 2000's Blow_Dry. In 2004, she became the executive producer and host of a show on Bravo called Project_Runway, in which fashion design hopefuls were presented with a variety of challenges and judged on their talent and ability, facing an elimination in every episode until a winner was crowned. The show was a huge hit, and Klum became even more of brand in and of herself.
Klum was married to celebrity hairstylist Ric Pipino in 1997, though the couple divorced in 2002. She also had a relationship with Formula One manager Flavio Briatore, and though it did not last, the couple had a daughter together, Helene (aka "Leni"). In 2005, Klum married singer and musician Seal, who raised Helene as his own along with the couple's other children. Cammila Albertson, All Movie Guide

Her school days were spent in Apostolic Carmel High School, Mumbai while she spent her college days at St.Andrews College to pursue a degree in management studies. She is known to be a state level athlete and a national level player.
Her claim to fame started with commercials like Parker pen with Amitabh Bacchan and Fair & Lovely with Krishnamachari Srikanth.
She is supposed to be dating Riteish Deshmukh.
Meowww
In 2003, she started her career with three movies – the Hindi movie Tujhe Meri Kasam; the Tamil movie Boys; the Telugu movie Satyam. She worked opposite Ritesh Deshmukh in Tujhe Meri Kasam, which was a remake of Telugu movie, Nuvve Kavali, and saw an average response. Boys, on the other hand, was a hit, as was Satyam.
She built up her popularity in the South with Telugu movies like Samba (2004), Subash Chandra Bose (2005), and Sye (2005). She was recognized for her performance in Bommarillu in 2006 with several awards. The movie was remade successfully in Tamil as Santosh Subramaniam (2008).
The year 2008 saw her trying to pave her way into Bollywood in Priyadarshan’s Mere Baap Pehle Aap and the year’s hit Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. The movie which was the debut of Aamir Khan’s nephew Imran Khan received a lot of publicity and her role as the unrestrained Meow shined through.

Gabriella Cilmi
Gabriella Cilmi is ‘On A Mission’. Just turned 18, the Australian-Italian singer-songwriter is set to surprise a lot of people with her bold, fresh musical direction and feisty attitude: “I’m not a little girl anymore. I’ve grown up, and I’m ready to fight to get what I want.”
Gabriella Cilmi was catapulted to global fame by her worldwide mega hit, ‘Sweet About Me’, which sold over 2 million copies, was top ten in 16 countries, viewed over 20 million times on you tube, spent 37 consecutive weeks in the UK singles chart in 2008 and was recently PRS certified the most played record of the 2009. Gabriella’s debut album ‘Lessons to be Learned’ went top 10 in over 10 countries, notching up close to a million sales. The combination of commercial punch and genuine musical spirit in one so young - Gabriella signed her first record contract at 13 years old - quickly earned Cilmi critical admiration. She won 6 Aria awards in her native Australia (including Best Female, Best Album and Single Of The Year) and was nominated for a host of illustrious awards, including a BRIT, Q, MTV Europe, Ivor Novello and Echo award. Gabriella toured the world extensively, interspersing arena dates with festival appearances, including a Pyramid Stage slot at Glastonbury 2009.
Gabriella’s teen beauty and powerful voice may have quickly marked her out at the beginning of her career, but there was always a depth and variety about her that hinted at richer, wilder things. With the driving, space age, dance floor anthem ‘On A Mission’ (with its massive video directed by Michael Gracey), and the fresh direction of forthcoming second album ‘Ten’, Gabriella Cilmi really comes of age. Inspired by the likes of Giogrio Moroder, Blondie and Donna Summer, she has created a body of work that takes new wave and classic dance influences into poptastic future disco for the 21st century.
This coming-of-age theme is present in more than just the beats and costumes. Since she was ‘discovered’ over five years ago singing Rolling Stones covers at a Fiesta in the suburbs of Melbourne, Gabriella has lived the life of a young, single woman in a city thousands of miles from her home and family. She has been in and out of love, experienced ecstasy and heartbreak, and poured it all into songs like ‘Hearts Don’t Lie’, ‘Love Me Cause You Want To’, ‘Invisible Girl’ and ‘Surrender’.
In addition to working with Xenomania (who produced ‘Lessons To Be Learned’) on ‘Ten’, Gabriella Cilmi has also been in the studio with the likes of US Uber producer Dallas Austin (TLC, Gwen Stefani, Michael Jackson), multi-instrumentalist Greg Kursten (Lily Allen, Little Boots, Flaming Lips), and upcoming British production team Invisible Men (Noisettes). The result ? A collection of infectious and inspired belters with beats that will drop on dance-floors either side of the Atlantic and lead vocals made to melt radio airwaves.
Gabriella Cilmi is growing up fast. But if her new music is anything to go by, she is having a lot of fun with it. “I’ve found my inner disco diva” she explains “The whole album is about me becoming an adult, becoming stronger. I want to really switch it on, smother myself in gold paint and transform into someone else. I can’t wait to get this show on the road…”

Vidya Balan
Bollywood actress Vidya Balan was the quintessence of an Indian woman in Parineeta, a well-deserved break for the actress.
Vidya
Vidya Balan is a Tamil Iyer born on 1 January 1978 in Palakkad, Kerala. Her father is P.R.Balan who is the vice president of ETC channel while her mother is a homemaker. She has an older sister, Priya.
She studied in Mumbai at St Anthony’s School and later graduated in Sociology from St Xavier’s College, after which she enrolled for M.A from the Mumbai University. She speaks several languages like Tamil, Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Pradeep Sarkar directed her in many ads as well as music videos for singers like Euphoria, Shubha Mudgal, and Pankaj Udhas. She was also part of the initial episodes of Ekta Kapoor’s Hum Paanch.
Balan has been linked with several of her co-stars which she has denied.
Lolita
Vidya Balan’s initial entry into movies in the South went nowhere. The first Malayalam movie that she signed was with Mohanlal called Chakram that was put on hold and later resumed with a different lead. She was replaced by Trisha Krishnan in Manasellam, a Tamil movie.
It was only in 2003 that she was recognized for her acting skills in a Bengali movie Bhalo Theko, for which she won the Anandalok Best Actress Award for her portrayal of Anandi.
In 2005, she starred in Pradeep Sarkar’s Parineeta based on a novella by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay, as Lolita. Her performance won her the Filmfare Best Debut Actress Award as well as the Filmfare Face of the Year. Lage Raho Munnabhai, the sequel to the runaway hit Munnabhai, saw her as Jhanvi.
In 2007, she marked her presence in Guru as a woman with a physical disability. Her other releases were Salaam-e-Ishq with John Abraham, Eklavya that was India’s official entry to the Oscars, and Bhool Bhulaiyya with Akshay Kumar that was a remake of the Malayalam movie Manichitrathazu.
Kismat Konnection in 2008 starring Vidya Balan and Shahid Kapoor failed to do well.
Paa was her only release in 2009 and it was a hit. Balan’s performance as a new age woman was appreciated. She played Amitabh Bachchan’s mother in this movie.
Up Next
She will be seen as a temptress in Ishqiya. Her other releases include Chenab Gandhi and Mukti. She will be playing the part of Sabrina Lal in No One Killed Jessica.
Deepika Padukone
One look at this dimpled beauty and you know she was marked for fame and the world of glamour. And she hasn’t disappointed. From the daughter of a famous sportsperson to a supermodel, to an actress and now dating the dishy Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone has done it all with panache.
Growing up
Deepika arrived into the scene on 5th January 1986, in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is the daughter of Ujjala and Prakash Padukone, who was the Badminton Champion. The sports genes runs in her family, for she herself played badminton at state level until 10th grade while her younger sister Anisha has taken to sports on a more professional level, with a strong interest in golf.
She did her schooling in Sophia High School and her graduation from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.
The Model
Deepika Padukone has appeared in several print and television commercials like Liril, Limca and Close-up. She was the brand ambassador for Jewels of India, a jewelry exhibition and the face of Maybelline, an international brand. She also appeared in the 2006 Kingfisher Swimsuit Calendar.
She received recognition on the modeling scene by winning the Model of the Year title by the fifth Kingfisher Fashion Awards. The India Zee F Awards saw her walking away with not one but two prizes – Female Model of the Year (Commercial assignments) and Fresh Face of the Year.
She graced Himesh Reshamiyya’s video ‘Naam Hai Tera’ from his album Aap Ka Suroor.
Silver Screen Calling
It was hardly any surprise when she stepped into films in 2006 with her debut Aishwarya, a Kannada movie directed by Indrajit Lankesh, opposite Upendra who is one of the leading stars in the Kannada film industry.
Bollywood was not far behind. Her debut Farah Khan’s Om Shanthi Om was opposite none other than Shah Rukh Khan. She played a double-role, first as Shanthipriya a movie star and later as the bubble gum chewing star-struck Sandy. She walked away with the Filmfare Best Female Debut award and was nominated for the Filmfare Best Actress award.
She starred opposite her beau Ranbir Kapoor in Bachna Hai Haseeno, which released in 2008.
More Deepika
Her next release, expected to hit the theaters in the early part of 2009 is Chandni Chowk to China with Akshay Kumar.
Priyanka chopra
Priyanka Chopra, armed with long legs and the Miss World crown, followed the precedent set by other beauty contest winners by joining the Bollywood bandwagon.
The Nomadic Mimi
Priyanka Ashok Chopra was born on 18 July 1982 in Jamshedpur and is fondly known as Mimi. Her father is Capt. Dr.Ashok Chopra and her mother is Dr.Madhu Chopra. She has a younger brother, Siddharth. Her father’s origin is a mix of Punjabi, Bengali, and Marathi while her mother’s is a mix of Tamil, Malayali, and Kannada.
Her family was always on the move as her father was in the army. Few of her growing up years were spent in Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. She studied at the La Martiniere Girl’s School in Lucknow before re-locating to the United States of America. While there, she studied at the Newton North High School in Massachusetts and later in North Delta Senior Secondary School in North Delta. On returning back to India, she continued her schooling in the Army School at Bareilly. She joined the Jai Hind College in Mumbai but dropped out when she won the second place in the Miss India beauty pageant. She went on to bring home the Miss World crown in 2000, becoming one of the five Indians to have won that title.
Priyanka was dating Harman Baweja. They were seen together in Love Story 2050. The couple broke up. Though it was never official, it is said that she was dating Shahid Kapoor, her co-star from Kaminey. Gerard Butler was supposedly enamoured by her and even proposed to Chopra during a party.
Belle of Bollywood
Priyanka Chopra’s first film was in Tamil. Thamizhan released in 2002. This was followed by two films The Hero: Love Story of a Spy and Andaaz. Her part in the latter won her the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award. In 2004, she met with success in Mujhse Shaadi Karoge and Aitraaz, which was inspired by the Hollywood hit Disclosure. Her performance as Mrs Sonia Roy was recognized with the Filmfare Best Villain Award. Her biggest hit in 2005 was Bluffmaster with Abhishek Bachchan.
In 2006, she starred in two of the year’s biggest box office successes like Krrish with Hrithik Roshan and Don – The Chase Begins Again with Shahrukh Khan. Her consequent releases in 2007 like Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute to Love and Big Brother were flops. The year 2008 was no better. She starred in big budget movies like the sci-fi Love Story 2050 with Harman Baweja, God Tussi Great Ho with Salman Khan and Drona with Abhishek Bachchan. None of these movies matched the set expectations.
In 2008, she played Meghna Mathur, a small-town girl who tastes success in the glamour industry in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion. Her performance was delivered with such conviction that she walked away with the Filmfare Best Actress Award. The comedy, Dostana, with John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan also did well.
She began 2009 in an item number for Billu. She wow-ed the audience in Ashutosh Gowariker’s What’s Your Raashee? with Harman Baweja, in which she was seen in twelve different looks, each representing a zodiac sign. In Kaminey, she did justice to her role as Sweety and was seen completely transformed into a Marathi Mulgi.
Starring Priyanka
Priyanka Chopra and Uday Chopra will play the beauty and the beast respectively in Pyaar Impossible (2010). She will also play a black widow of sorts in Vishal Bharadwaj’s Seven Husbands (2010). She will be seen opposite Ranbir Kapoor for the first time in Anjana Anjani (2010). She is the voice of Margina in the animated flick, Alibaba Aur 41 Chor.
Katrina Kaif
Standing tall at 5’8”, a lovely peaches n cream complexion, and an hour-glass figure, the beautiful and elegant Katrina Kaif stands apart and is not one to go unnoticed. Not surprisingly the modeling world rolled down the red carpet for her, movie offers are pouring in, and she is linked with one of the hottest and most controversial Khans of Bollywood.
Roots
Katrina Kaif, a name now familiar to Indian movie-goers, was born on 16 July 1984 in Hong Kong. Her parents are both British citizens, while her father is a Kashmiri who later acquired British citizenship. She lived in Hawaii before moving to UK and is now setting up a home and career in India.
Katrina has been Salman Khan’s long term girlfriend. Despite several speculations about the couple’s break-up, all seems well.
On the Runway
Kaif’s first taste of modeling happened in Hawaii when she was 14 and was part of a jewelry campaign. Thereafter, she continued modeling in London. In India, there was no dearth of offers and she appeared in ads for Veet, Lakme, LG, Samsung to name a few. She was also the face of Lakme India Fashion Week 2005. She took the number one spot in FHM India's 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll and also won the Best Female Style Icon at the IIFA Awards.
Katrina was chosen to represent Barbie in India.
On to the Big Screen
Kaif, while in London, was spotted by Kaizad Gustad and was cast in his 2003 release Boom, which sank without a trace. Movie offers initially trickled in owing largely to her unfamiliarity with Indian languages. The very next year, in 2004, she played the part of Princess Malliswari in the Telugu movie Malliswari. She had another Telugu film, Allari Pidugu in 2005, along with two Hindi movies, Ram Gopal Verma’s Sarkar and as one of Salman Khan’s love interests in David Dhawan’s Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya. Both movies did well at the box office. She won the Stardust Breakthrough Performance Award for Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya. She co-starred with Akshay Kumar in Humko Deewana Kar Gaya, in 2006. Besides this she was a part of a Malayalam movie Balram Vs Taradas.
Five releases marked 2007. Her movie Namaste London with Akshay Kumar, was one of the year’s top hits, for which she did her own dubbing. The other three movies were Apne with the Deols, David Dhawan’s Partner with Salman Khan and Govinda and Welcome, all of which performed well at the box office. She also put in a special appearance in Nanhe Jaisalmer.
In 2008, we caught her in two blockbusters-the racy Race and Singh Is Kinng. She walked away with the British-Indian Actor Award at the Zee Cine Awards (2008). She played a small part in Hello, based on Chetan Bhagat’s One Night At A Call Center. Yuvvraj with Salman Khan didn’t do well.
She continued to amp up her skills in 2009. Her performances in both New York and Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani were praised. She had a small role in Blue. She was seen with Akshay Kumar in De Dana Dan. The movie saw a decent run in the theaters.
What’s Cooking?
Kaif over the past five years has shown that she is more than simply ravishing. The industry which was tentative about casting her, now considers her a lucky mascot and she is now the industry’s darling.
In 2010, she will be seen as a politician in Prakash Jha’s Rajneeti.
Amrita Rao
The cameras love the fresh-faced, delectable Amrita Rao. Numerous ads, ten and odd films and a huge fan base, in a span of ten years stands testimony to this.
A Peek into the Past
Amrita Rao’s birthday is on the 7th of June. She was born in 1981 in Mumbai. Her father is Deepak Rao who runs an advertising agency. Her mother tongue is Konkani.
She studied at C.G. High School and later graduated with a degree in Psychology from Sophia College.
Besides working in ads and films, Amrita has to her credit the Dada Saheb Phalke Award. She is also the muse of the bare-footed artist M.F.Hussain.
The Face That Launched Many Ads
Her first brush with the cameras was when she worked in the Fairever Face Cream ad while still in college. It was followed by Nestle Bru Coffee, Cadbury’s Perk, Close-Up, Parachute Hair Oil, Domino’s Pizza, Wriggly’s Chewing Gum, Pantene, and Clean & Clear facewash, to name a few. She’s also the brand ambassador for D’Damas gold jewelry. It was hardly surprising that she was noticed by Ken Ghosh who offered her a role in Ishq Vishq.
Rao may appear with Shahid in a PETA campaign.
New Roles
Amrita’s debut was with Raj Babbar’s son, Arya Babbar, in Ab Ke Baras which released in 2002 followed by a cameo in The Legend of Bhagat Singh. She shot to stardom in 2003 with the release of Ishq Vishq with Shahid Kapoor, and she won a nomination for the Filmfare Best Debut Award for her role as struck-by-cupid Payal Mehra.
In 2004, she was part of the multi-starrer Main Hoon Na with Shah Rukh Khan, Zayed Khan, and Sushmita Sen. She was nominated for the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award. Her films in 2005, Vaah! Life Ho Tho Aisi and Shikhar didn’t get a good reception at the box office. Vivah in 2006, with Shahid Kapoor, became one of the biggest commercial successes of the year.
Bollywood didn’t see a lot of Amrita Rao in 2007, except for a brief appearance in a song in Heyy Babyy. She did a Telugu film Athidhi with Mahesh Babu, which was a big success down south.
Her 2008 releases include My Name is Anthony Gonsalves with Mithun Chakraborthy, Lilette Dubey, and Nikhil Dwivedi which didn’t do well. Her performance as Kamala in Shyam Benegal’s comedy Welcome to Sajjanpur was praised and the film enjoyed rave reviews.
In 2009, she was seen opposite Harman Baweja in Victory which was not so victorious at the box office. She traded in her sweet image for a more glamorous one in Shortkut: The Con is One. However, even this movie didn’t do well.
Fans can expect to see Rao in Hook Ya Crook (2010) with John Abraham and Genelia D’Souza, as well as Kunal Avadana (2010) with Amitabh Bachchan and Arjun Rampal.
