This rare photograph of Sharmila Tagore was taken in 1959 when she made her debut in Satyajeet Ray's "Apur Sansar". She was only 14 years old then.
Reita Faria First Indian to be crowned as Miss World 1966
Reita Faria was born in Mumbai, earlier to winning the title of Miss World she had won the Title of Miss India contest (not by Femina but by Eve's Weekly), Reita dropped out her career as a Model and focused on her medical studies, later she got maried to David Powell and now lives in Dublin, Ireland. Reita faria was also a judge in 1998 Femina Miss India Contest.
